Effective October 11, 2026.
- Each legal update now has a version number and a public history, and you are asked to accept material updates before continuing.
- The Privacy Policy explains the legal bases we rely on (including for visitors in the EU and UK) and your rights to access, correct, download, and delete your information, with self-service download and deletion in Settings.
- Marketing email is sent only with your consent. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link and our postal address, and opt-outs, bounces, and spam complaints are recorded and honored automatically.
- Sensitive answers (diagnostic scores, couples-reflection answers, and the email you give for a shared result) are encrypted in our database.
- If you add the site to your home screen, practice pages you opened may be kept on that device for up to 12 hours so they work offline; they are deleted when you sign out.
- We describe how long we keep records, including purchase records kept for tax purposes after an account is deleted.
